Online counselling and wellbeing support for individuals across Aotearoa New Zealand. My approach integrates relational counselling practice with the principles of Mātauranga Māori and Te Poutama o te Ora - which is centred on restoration through balance, identity and wellbeing. Together we explore areas of life impacting your wellbeing - including stress, identity, life transitions, relationships, emotional overwhelm, direction and personal growth - within a safe and respectful space.
